I'm a 20 something geek from the midwestern US who plays a tad bit too much World of Warcraft (Scarlet Crusade), supports graphic software on a professional basis (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightwave etc...) and generally spends way too much time on the computer. As of late a good chunk of my work has been in photography and web design (yay clients!) but I do still find time to do fantasy and scifi work now and again--lately it's all been photomanipulations.

Here's a suggestion for fixing Elfwood's throughput problem: Queue seems to be hovering around 2500. That means the rate of tickets being processed is roughly equal to the rate of incoming tickets. It doesn't take a mathematician to figure out that if the queue was "zapped" then turnaround time on a ticket would be a day!! So just write a script to auto-approve all tickets in the queue, let the ERB catch any noncompliant pieces out of that 2500, and go on your merry way.
